This position is located in Atlanta, GA

The Director has primary responsibility for coordination and plan management required to implement multiple inter-dependent projects. Responsibilities include: managing scope for multiple projects, complex budget management, multi-level resource staffing, executive client relationships, and consolidated executive communication. Must understand core business requirements, and attain program objectives within the mutually agreed upon budget, timeline, and resource parameters. Proactively identifies critical business, technical, and/or operational issues and then drive issues to closure. Ensures appropriate level of executive sponsorship, operations representation and project staffing. Plans for and orchestrates cross-project dependencies which occur during significant design, configuration, testing, and implementation efforts through the technical and operational project managers. Advises client in the development of change management plans. Performs on-going risk analysis. Develops and mentors project managers and team members.

Required Skills/Experience
BS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Information Systems
7-10 Years of software implementation experience required with at least 3-5 years of supply chain software experience
3-5 Years of Project Management experience with software implementations required ?Management experience with ERP implementations preferred
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Access)
Extensive software troubleshooting skills ?Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

Average travel: 75%

Position is in Atlanta, GA (relocation to Atlanta required)
