SERVICE MANAGER, AMERICAS

The company is a world leader in the mobile communications market.

As Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing positive relationship with customers coordinating following activities: hardware product warranties,post warranty/extended warranties, value added services and product upgrades. The successful candidate will contribute and implement localized solutions and agreements for key North American accounts. The successful candidate will monitor and maintain customer specific business performance information for all customers operating in the region in the areas of: customer total cycle time, total processes quality, revenue generation, gross margin maintenance, effective invoicing and other KPI's focused on assessment of customer experience. He/she will manage account relationship by facilitating and conducting regular tactical and strategic review of business service level performance and continuous development of customer needs. He/she will compile regional strategic intelligence reports with respect to: Legislative compliance, competitor programs, corporate and retail channel standards, benchmarking of performance and best in class solutions (Telecommunications & Non Telecommunications).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

" Experience 5-7 years in a commercial, operational or customer services discipline with experience of working directly with customers.
" Proven relationship management, negotiation and communication skills.
" Program Management skills.
" Degree level (preferably in a business discipline) or have demonstrable relevant work experience gained at intermediate manager level, coupled with a track record of success.
" Financial awareness with experience of business and financial planning.
" Foreign Language skills would be advantageous in the role.
