Technical Excellence
Uses advanced knowledge associated with bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Approximately 3-5 years directly related experience in creative/innovative solutions.
Acts as a recognized and active resource on design issues for others in the Company
Works directly with clients to solicit and translate client needs into a product. Articulates this vision to design team and design progress of client vision.
Identifies and addresses technical problems as they relate to visual design
Possesses strong screen design skills including execution of clean, tight screen designs, and client relations skills
Possesses a thorough understanding of interface design and skillful use of design tools Possesses expert knowledge in a broad range of design/technical industries including on-line, web, print, and CD-ROM
Communicates complex design information in a project management context

Creativity
Designs and develops exciting cutting-edge screen treatments that maintain the visual integrity of the project
Possesses strong artistic design/artistic sensibilities and systems structures
Works closely with the Design Director to create exciting visual design, look and feel that supports and enhances the overall experiential design while meeting company and client specifications in all of the Design Department s visual executions
Solves complex design problems through research, analysis and a strong understanding of technology tools.
Uses experience and analysis to develop creative and innovative solutions

Serves in a leadership role in the development of the look and feel of the assigned project
May lead project team in development and implementation of high-quality, interactive visual designs
Provides creative leadership to the designers of the project team
