This position is located in Dulles, VA

Required Skills/Experience:
Advising on legal issues arising in connection with the development and launch of new products and services by these business units;
Drafting and negotiating in-bound and out-bound agreements in support of the business objectives for these business units. Genres of agreements may include, among other things, software licenses, development and support agreements, professional services, consulting and staff augmentation agreements, and hosting agreements;
Providing general support to these business units on IP related matters;
Playing integral role as member of legal team responsible for IP, Technology & New Products for the company.

Skills Required:
Excellent academic credentials;
Minimum 2 years transactional experience including strong analytical, drafting and negotiation skills; strong familiarity with software licensing, and general IP;
Knowledge of the Internet Service Provider industry;
Excellent communication skills;
Self-starter with ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Desired Skills/Experience:
Significant internet/online/wireless services work experience;
Sophisticated knowledge of technology licensing and other intellectual property law.
Education/Equiv. Experience: JD
