This position is located in Dulles, VA.

Ideal candidate will join an established and successful team responsible for efficient and timely delivery of national, live, daily kids online radio show, reporting directly to Kids Radio Department Director.

Required Skills/Experience
Applicant must have 5-10 years in Broadcast as a solid Radio Producer, adept at hitting tight deadlines, is extremely well-organized, self-motivated and a team player. Management experience is essential especially with small groups.

Sense of humor and silliness is vital!

Skills must include:
-Broadcast-grade package editing for both audio and video
-Technical maintenance & trouble-shooting (audio, video, streaming)
-Online Publishing

Other helpful qualities:
-A firm grasp of the challenges of Internet Streaming audio and video
