Required Skills/Experience
-Partner with senior Business and IT leaders to deeply understand the tactical and strategic objectives, identify the capabilities required to achieve those objectives, deliver solutions that realize the capabilities, measure the business value of the solutions, and achieve dramatic improvements in performance in accordance with business objectives.
-Serve as the one-face primary point of contact for senior business clients ultimately accountable to understand capability needs, drive successful completion of projects to deliver the needs, and ensure business value/objectives/metrics are achieved upon implementation.
-Work with business clients to define desired state operating models, digitization needs, and business capability roadmaps.
-Build business councils, develop governance agreements, and facilitate IT investment planning processes. Participate in short and long-term planning sessions with clients to improve business processes and to prioritize investments in process, people, services, and infrastructure.
-Formulate a prioritized portfolio of projects to deliver solutions that meet the clients desired state needs and ensure the prioritized project portfolio is in alignment with staffing and financial constraints.
-Drive overall execution of project portfolios and capability roadmap realization, and measure the quality and business value of IT investments to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Align business unit and corporate needs and the impact on business processes to establish strategic priorities.
-Advise clients on solution options, and associated risks, cost, timing, and benefits.
-Manage the process of identifying and communicating high-level business requirements for the identification, design and implementation of business solutions. Work with IT community to share business expertise and assist in solution generation.
-Promote an understanding of IT roles, processes and activities to the business units. Support the formal reporting of project status and IT performance and manage client expectations.
-Develop a rolling year plan and budget for IT needs of the client and report on plan vs. actual for IT expenditures.

-Experience in design, integration and implementation of global business processes and systems.
-Experience in the telecommunications and IT industries.
Basic Qualifications: BS Degree
-10+ years of IT experience
-3+ years of IT management experience with enterprise retail systems
