This position is located in Bentonville, AR

Software and/or Senior Software Analysts -Enterprise Java Beans (EJB), Performs complex analysis, design, programming, modifications, and maintenance of specialized EJB enabled software systems. Formulates/defines specifications for complex software programming applications or modifies/maintains existing applications. Responsible for consulting with customers concerning maintenance of system. Consult with software consultants concerning maintenance of system and development. Coordinates software installations. Assist with analyzing, developing and directing system testing procedures, programming, and documentation. Responsible for training and development of other analysts.

Required Skills/Experience
BS degree in Computer Science, or related field; 0-2 years of development experience ; 1+ year of Java related programming experience; Any J2EE/EJB experience is a plus; Should be trained and knowledgeable with SQL databases; Transportation Management Software experience is a plus; Excellent communication, analytical skills and results oriented attitude is a MUST; Must be self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Relocation to Bentonville, AR required
