This position is located in Atlanta, GA

Leads the development and implementation of solutions in accordance with clients business requirements for the Replenishment products. Leads the design and development of the solution s functional specifications, configures Replenishment products and provides the functional-technical bridge between business and information technology personnel for our clients. Serves as mentor to and supervisor of Consultant resources on engagements. Serves as subject matter expert on engagements.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Lead business process reviews, and contribute insight into analysis and design sessions with clients. Mentor and supervise Consultant staff on engagements. Assist with project management duties as assigned by Project Manager on engagements. Deliver on-time, on-budget deliverables for individual tasks and tasks assigned to your team. Lead the discovery and definition of client s business objectives. Configure Replenishment products per the business requirements of the client. Identify and implement change management strategies and associated plans for clients. Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and assist with sales presentations along with the sales team

Required Skills/Experience
Bachelor s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science. Advanced degrees a plus. -Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
-Proven client facing consultative skills
-Minimum of 7 years industry experience in domain of supply-chain or replenishment
-Implementation experience with supply-chain or distribution planning systems
-Supervisory and team lead experience on multiple implementations
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
-7+ years of experience in enterprise technology/business consulting is preferred; Big 5 experience is looked upon favorably
-Must be open to travel up to 100%
