Required Skills/Experience
The primary responsibilities include partnering with client groups while providing excellent technical and customer service support to that group. Must possess a strong background and technical expertise in designing and implementing various compensation plans. Able to create innovative new ideas to attract, retain and motivate through compensation related programs that are flexible to the business needs of the company. Serves as a consultant to the HR line and line managers on compensation issues. Must be able to present ideas and persuade others in variable environments. Desired background includes a minimum of 5+ years designing innovative compensation strategies and plans in an Internet, media or technology related field. Alternatively, background may include 2-3 years of compensation consulting with an HR consulting firm backed up by 2-3 years of compensation analytical work. Previous experience is sales and/or executive comp design preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively partner and influence all management levels are required. Benefit experience a plus.

Desired Skills/Experience
Light travel may be required 4-6 times per year. Overtime or work outside of established business hours may be needed as due to project needs or requirements.
