Requirements:
BS in Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
3-5 years overall software implementation and/or troubleshooting experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and/or Labor Management Systems.
Experience with SQL Server a plus.
Strong oral and written communication with the ability to train end users.
Strong focus on leadership and customer satisfaction.
Ability to learn new technologies

Position Overview
As a Bi-Lingual Senior Support Consultant-Warehouse Management for Open Systems, you will work directly with clients to assist with troubleshooting product issues, implementing additional product features, upgrading to newer releases, and/or conducting system administrative tasks. You will be a part of a team whose goal is to help our customers realize the benefits of using our software applications.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both ENGLISH and SPANISH.
Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience working in UNIX and Windows environments.
Experience developing SQLs for troubleshooting purposes.
Strong oral and written communication with the ability to train end users.
