This position is in Horsham, PA

Required Skills/Experience
Management responsibility for SI&T, stability, compliance and parametric testing. Also responsible to build and manage a dedicated team focused on creating automated testware for all DVS set top testing organizations.

Responsibility to drive commonality in processes, tools and systems, and to assure coordinated test coverage, consistency in test process flow and efficient operation across DVS test teams, including those not directly reporting.

Will direct and facilitate the rollout of updated test tools across DVS, and for monitoring compliance with test processes and quality standards.

Responsible for scheduling of product test through the organization.


Qualifications:

10 to 15 years of increasing experience in software and hardware test organizations. Familiarity with current test philosophies, tools processes and metrics. Candidate must come from hardware test environment.

Must be a passionate proven leader, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Specific Knowledge/Skills Technical education and background (EE) and Advanced Automation Testing Technologies.

Proven ability to manage and direct virtual teams and work in global environment.

TL9000 Experience a plus

Bachelor Degree: Required
