This position is located in Irving, TX.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Controller for Manufacturing. This position is responsible for financial analytics and reporting. This role will play an integral part in providing information and recommendations to the Manufacturing outsourcing team for several outsourcing partners and locations. Additionally, this role will participate in the further development of financial models and tools which will facilitate decision making and drive the focus of the Manufacturing management team toward achievement of short and long term objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Weekly review of outsourced production and reconciliation reports to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices
o Initial review of future quarterly pricing submissions and recommendations for changes
" New Processes, Products, Locations system testing
o Involvement in the testing and documenting of new processes, products and locations for the Outsourcing Manufacturing team as they relate to financial activities within SAP.
o Participate in the development and maintenance of reports for the Outsourcing Management team.

"Assist in the budget process for the Manufacturing Outsourcing department.

"Other reporting and analysis as required.


ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

2-5 years of overall related experience in Financial Analytics
University/College degree required
Strong financial analysis skills and ability to convert actions/recommendations.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Proven ability to define improvements in financial reporting – that adds value and drives change
Multi-tasking and ability to work independently
Excellent written, listening and verbal communication skills

ADDITIONAL ASSETS:

Manufacturing experience preferred
Accounting designation or enrolment in professional program
Experience working with SAP
Willing to relocate
