Required Skills/Experience
Primary resource responsible for BPM technical designs, process development standards, maximizing reuse across projects, ensuring multiple processes and project teams work well in shared environments and designing BPM processes and overall solutions for optimum long-term supportability.
Responsible for developing and maintaining working relationships with project technical leads and enterprise technical architects to assist in keeping BPM solutions in line with BPM principles, Center of Excellence standards, and enterprise target state architecture. Management of a BPM Environment Plan which meets business and architectural requirements is part of this responsibility.
Responsible for ensuring that automated BPM processes are transitioned seamlessly from process development teams to designated support teams, and establishing documented processes for introducing continuous improvement changes into deployed processes over time.
Responsible to assist support teams in troubleshooting of escalated incidents related to BPM as needed.
Responsible for providing best practices and guidance to project teams in the areas of BPM process development architecture and deployment using Savvion BusinessManager.

Educational Background:
- Technical degree required with at least 2 years of direct Savvion process development, automation and enterprise deployment experience and 10 years of related technical experience
- PMI or PMP certification
- Six Sigma certification or related quality training
Enterprise Skills:
- Enterprise Process Architecture proficiency
- Enterprise Architecture proficiency (EAI, SOA, data architecture, etc.)
- Portal integration proficiency
- EAI design, development, testing and implementation proficiency; preferably webMethods.
- Solid understanding of the principles of Project Management to include project planning, execution principles and control mechanisms. Certification as a PMP is a major plus.
- Experienced with MS Office applications
