Position Overview
The Senior Consultant is the client's primary point of contact throughout an implementation. The Senior Consultant demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the company's products, leads functional and detailed design efforts, understands functional scope and assesses client's ability to change relative to the scope. Identifies and addresses core business requirements. Leads system configuration, testing, training, and issues resolution. Approves unit and system test plans and ensures quality of configuration and testing. Defines conversion and implementation strategy. Praticipates in project risk assessments. Supports implementation and ensures client satisfaction and referenceability.

Required Skills/Experience
oBS Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Information Systems
o2-4 Years of software implementation experience required; experience implementing supply chain software solutions preferred.
o1+ Year Labor Management experience required
oExperience with Engineering Labor Standards is a plus
oJava or VB knowledge is a plus (not required)
oProficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project, Access)
oExtensive software troubleshooting skills
oExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
