Description of Responsibilities
• Help setup a successful development environment for an existing small team of experienced .NET developers.
• Define and lead the team of developers in an appropriate software development methodology (e.g., MSF, SCRUM, RUP, TDD or other suitable SDLC).
• Lead in the migration of a core business application from Microsoft Access to a Microsoft .NET 2.0 distributed application.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, project management, and analysts to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Provide technical leadership for a team of developers.
