Job Description:
The Internal Audit Engagement Manager is responsible for conducting and overseeing engagements as assigned for their Solution Area in their respective market.

Responsibilities:
Ensure the quality of services and products provided to company clients; supervising, coaching, and leading the professional staff assigned to their engagements.
Translate engagement scope into work plans describing engagement tasks, timing and responsibilities.
Research and consult on various internal auditing and controls and/or, forensics or construction audit services in a wide range of industries.
Conduct and oversee the following tasks: construction audit and advisory, contract compliance, COSO-based enterprise financial risk assessments, financial reporting audits, fraud and forensic investigations, information technology audits, internal audit co-sourcing and outsourcing, operational audits, regulatory compliance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance.

Functional Area: Internal Audit

Degree Requirements: BA/BS

Experience Desired:

Bachelor’s degree in auditing or related area.
Minimum 7 years experience in the general area of internal audit and controls. Experience in internal controls, fraud risk management, fraud handling or litigation support is preferred.
Certification CIA, CPA/CA CISA, CFA or equivalent, PMI, or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 3 years project management experience.
Minimum 3 years experience supervising, managing, coaching or developing professionals and teams of professionals. Strong project management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Access preferred). Client service delivery experience.

Proven customer service skills. Must be able to communicate and interact effectively with multi-functional and diverse backgrounds. Effective verbal and written communication skills and comprehension including facilitation and presentation skills.
