This position is located in Northfield, IL
Role:
Leads the design and implementation of emerging technologies, infrastructure, and middleware services, and builds the required organizational implementation and support capabilities, in support of major IT initiatives. Leads the organization in the creation and adoption of Service Oriented Architecture based solutions and SAP Netweaver services. Works with senior managers from the Technology, Solutions, and Information Architecture domains to design and commercialize new non-commodity capabilities. Works with IT delivery organizations to build and deliver services per architecture plans. Develops change management programs to enable Kraft to adopt and utilize these new services and capabilities.
Reporting Relationships
The successful candidate will report to the Director Design Center in the Global Information Systems organization. In turn, he/she will interface closely with Solution, Technology, and Information Architects, the Global Delivery Center, and both in-sourced and out-sourced providers. He/she will manage a team of 5-10 direct reports in addition to external resources.
Responsibilities
The position will be responsible for
Non-commodity technology / services commercialization
Influencing the GIS investment portfolio towards strategic impact
Developing new capability best practices and standards
Leading solution shaping of agreed investment projects
The successful candidate should be experienced in developing and implementing infrastructure capabilities in a large, preferably international company environment.
Education/Certifications
The successful candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Information Systems or a related field. An advanced degree in Business Administration or Engineering is an advantage.
Required Skills/Experience
Professional Qualifications
The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Information Systems. This individual must have experience in SAP and Enterprise Application Integration.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record in working successfully with strategic vendors and service providers.
