This position is located in Atlanta, GA

As a Bi-Lingual Senior Support Consultant AS400, you will work directly with clients (English and Spanish speaking) to assist with troubleshooting product issues, implementing additional product features, upgrading to newer releases, and/or conducting system administration tasks. You will be part of a team whose goal is to help our customers realize the benefits of using our software applications.

Required Skills/Experience
BS in Engineering/IT, Logistics, Information Systems or related field
3-5 years consulting and complex proprietary/packaged software implementation experience
Exceptional written and oral communication skills in both ENGLISH and SPANISH.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Experience on AS400 is a MUST
Extensive software troubleshooting skills
Self-motivated, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Project management experience
Supply chain management experience is a plus
Travel 20% approximate
