This position is located in Horsham, PA

Candidate must have experience with Set Top Boxes.

Required Skills/Experience
1. Interfacing with repair centers on all technical engineering matters
2. Identifying top quality issues of products.
3. Identifying Customers sites that exhibit high return rate
4. Drive top five repairs issues to resoultion
5. Develop testing tools and strategies for customers to test and filter out No Problem Found units before asending back to repair centers.
6. Work closely with the development group to recreate , isolate and fix problems.
7. Support marketing and saels where required via customer interactions.
8. Analyze repair test data and prepare formal test reports

Specific Knowledge/Skills 1. Detailed knowledge of cable Set tops architecture, testing.
2. Knoweldge of repairs techniques and methodologies used in the repair of cable set tops equipment
3. Hardware/Software applications experience
4. Excellent communication skills
5. good team work, attitude and skills
6. Familiar with common desktop applications tools ( Excel, Word, powerpoint, visio)
