This position is located in Schaumburg, IL.

Required Skills and Experience
-Technical or Business Baccalaureate degree
- Minimum 5 years project and program management experience
-Primary resource responsible for managing the BAM global service team which includes managing the vision, strategy and roadmap for technology and service adoption within the company. Must ensure BAM solutions are aligned with BAM technology principles, Center of Excellence standards, and enterprise target state architecture.
-Responsible for defining, maintaining and improving the methodologies and processes necessary to ensure quality of service, re-use potential and supportability of the solutions. Accountable for customer satisfaction, customer relationship, quality, and on-time delivery of global BAM projects.
-Manages a globally distributed team of technical architecture and development resources, with focus on addressing team and project interdependencies, resource needs, and escalations of issues and risks which affect quality of service.
-Responsible for managing the vendor relationship, contract terms, and license requirements for the service, ensuring the company's licenses the BAM product to projects according to contract terms, and submits payment to the vendor on-time.
-customer sessions and approve all deliverables within these gates.

Desired Skills/Experience
BAM Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of BAM principles, process performance management and automation
- Expertise on how to implement BAM solutions to optimize long-term support requirements
- Specific technical skills with BAM webMethods Optimize required

Service Deployment Skills:
-Experienced with creation of Service Models including financial modeling scenarios and TCO analysis
-Champions the vision of the service to the business, IT and stakeholders by clearly communicating the benefits and strategy
-Experienced with service introduction activities and infusion into lines of business
-Proven leadership and guidance expertise for resolving escalated issues impacting the service
-Forward focused, continually finding opportunities to improve the user experience and service

Business Management Skills:
-Manage financial recovery for solutions and services -Manage the vendor including relationship, performance feedback, service level agreements, product and roadmap feedback, contract and license maintenance, and participation in vendor customer councils.
-Track and evaluate consulting practice performance
-Manage the company and contractor resources including all on-boarding activities

- Design Skills:
-- Possesses strong analytical and quantitative skills; can analyze complex business processes to isolate process improvement opportunities
-- Expertise in process/sub-process workflow requirements analysis
-- Capacity planning knowledge

- Test Skills:
-- System Test planning and analysis
