Position Overview
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:Plan and Manage E2E SCREEN3 solution programs, including coordination among all aspects of programs (server, client, protocol, E2E test, etc.)
o Create and maintain the Program Plan
o Know / track dependencies
o Deliver the program on time
o Drive solving problems
o Ensure program quality
o Ensure program-level process efficiency
Create and manage E2E schedule and resource management roll-ups of E2E programs
Identify, prevent and manage cross-functional program risks, including the development of contingencies to ensure committed timelines are met
Effectively communicate program status / issues against triple constraint to various levels of organization
Lead results-oriented periodic team meetings / communicate status to multiple layers of the organization
Identify good practices / process improvements and drive implementation
Act and be recognized as the focal point of contact for all E2E program activities / issues
Write weekly reports and presentations as required
Required Skills/Experience
Basic Qualifications : A BS degree in Computer Science or other Technical Field, from an accredited college or university.
10+ years of general work experience and a minimum of 5 years of Program Management experience in a cross-functional development environment.
Working knowledge of scheduling tools, change management tools, and standard productivity applications is required.
Specific Knowledge/Skills: Characteristics
Strong, proven fundamental program management skills
Experience with customer interface a plus
Experience with server / client technology a plus
Experience leading multi-functional and multi-regional program teams
Solid understanding of business principles a must
Strong understanding of the Mobile Solutions Business, portfolio, and products desirable
Ability to make an immediate impact with minimal upfront training / supervision required
Ability to openly collaborate, influence and/or negotiate with internal and external work partners including customers and personnel at various levels within the organization a must
Solid analytical and communication (oral and written) skills required
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete complex tasks in a timely manner required
