This position is located in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with Development, Test, and Project Management teams the availability of lab server systems to conduct new release development and testing to meet project milestones. Devise detail planning documents outlining milestones, dependencies, and risks of plan. Manage a team of Network Engineers, System Administrators, Automations Engineers for planning and development of strategy to meet milestones. Manage the development of tools for lab automation. Develop performance metrics for the team and report on those to senior management monthly. Manage a network operations team, lab engineering team, and all engineering support requirements.

Desired Skills/Experience:
-Strong computer, engineering lab, networking, and leadership skills required.
-5-10 years directly applicable experience managing engineering support teams, NOC, and/or IT infrastructure.
-5-10 years hands-on experience with web server technologies, programming, and/or network engineering.
-Engineering, Computer Science, or other Science Bachelors degree required and applicable experience in software company running a data center.
-Experience working in a company that develops software a plus.
